Click HERE to go to the forms page   Important dates August 22 Jamboree at Columbia High School             Important dates for parents Registration   Fill out forms on registration page and place in Church mailbox Important dates for Head coaches and 1st asst. Coaches Meetings Complete 1st Coaches meeting   All Head Coaches will provide a list of their assistant coaches and the 2009 Pop Warner Volunteer form (with a copy of a government ID), and AS-1 (Youth Protection) to me (Bill) or the church mail box.  You will not be allowed to coach until this is completed.  Please include the following to me via email: ·         Team Name ·         Head Coach (Cell and email) ·         First Assistant (Cell and email) ·         Assistants   Team Manager will need to be selected for your team and provided to Keith Johnson.   ALL Head Coaches and at least one assistant coach needs to go on-line and take the USA Football training.   http://www.usafootball.com/pop_warner. A team can not hold practice unless either one is in attendance. Aug 15 ALL Head Coaches must attend Pop-Warner administrative clinic in Pulaski Tn.  recommend that at least 1 asst coach attend too.  Prior to attendance coach must register on the mid south we site.  http://www.midsouthpopwarner.net   All player paperwork is required to be submitted to SJFCA prior to practice so that your team book can be completed.  As Head Coach you are responsible for communicating to your team what paperwork is missing.  You may want to ask your Team Manager to assist on this requirement.   The coaching staff must complete Youth Protection 1 training and a photocopy of their card should be in your team binder; No training, no coaching.   2nd Coaches meeting Coaches Certifications     Youth Protection training (Aug 3rd, morning or even session) @ St. John's Knight's of Columbus   On-line Certification (www.usafootball.com) Note: Coach's training must be renewed each year.  If you are not certified you will NOT coach.  There are NO exceptions!  Dates for coaches certification classes will be posted as soon as possible.
